Install Dopamine with TrollStore

Before you start

1. Confirm support on supported devices.
2. TrollStore must already be installed and working on the device. Get it from the official opa334/TrollStore project — installing TrollStore itself is out of scope for this page.
3. Only use Dopamine files from GitHub Releases.
4. Back up anything important; jailbreaking can affect stability and apps.

Steps

1. Download Dopamine.tipa from GitHub, or use Open in TrollStore on device.
2. Install the tipa through TrollStore.
3. Open the Dopamine app.
4. Run the jailbreak and wait for it to finish.
5. Choose a package manager when prompted — Dopamine ships with Sileo and Zebra.
6. After any reboot, open Dopamine again and re-jailbreak (semi-untethered).

If something fails

• Recheck chip + iOS minor on the device matrix.
• Use the latest tipa, not an old build.
• Confirm TrollStore itself still opens and can install other tipas.
• App won’t open after install — reinstall the latest tipa; confirm TrollStore isn’t outdated for your iOS.
• Jailbreak fails immediately — verify chip/version ranges, then retry with the newest release.
• Packages missing or broken — you likely need rootless builds (why).
• If TrollStore is unavailable on your setup, use the sideload path.

After a successful jailbreak

• Install rootless-compatible packages only — see rootless.
• Do not update iOS unless a new Dopamine release clearly adds your target build.
• Semi-untethered: userspace jailbreak state does not survive reboot until you run Dopamine again.
